1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FantasticFlavour ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

FantasticFlavour is operated by Orber & Co. Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 13086066), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

2. Description of Service

FantasticFlavour is a recipe capture and management application that allows users to:

• Scan and extract recipes from photos using AI technology
• Store and organize recipes in a personal library
• Plan meals and generate shopping lists
• Optionally sync data across devices via cloud storage

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

Creating an account is optional. The core functionality of the App works without an account. You may create an account to enable cloud sync features.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Orber & Co. Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any recipes, notes, or other content you create or upload to the App. By using cloud sync features, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Recipe Copyright

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and store any recipes you scan. We do not claim ownership of recipes you scan, and we are not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from your use of the App.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

FantasticFlavour offers a free tier with limited features, including a cap on the number of recipe scans.

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. AI-Powered Features

The App uses AI technology (provided by Anthropic) to extract recipe information from photos. You acknowledge that:

• AI extraction may not be 100% accurate
• You should verify extracted information before use
• We are not liable for errors in AI-extracted content
• Images are processed but not permanently stored by the AI service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any dietary, health, or allergy-related issues arising from the use of recipes stored in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORBER & CO. LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orber & Co. Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Locally stored data will remain on your device until you delete the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
